DESCRIPTION
The 68RTARM4-1 is the generic base product nomenclature for the SOSA™-aligned 3U OpenVPX Rear I/O Transition Module (RTM) specifically optimized for the 68ARM4 (68RTARM4-1) SBC module (board). The 68RTARM4-1 is for use in OpenVPX systems/chassis with RTM accessibility that require reliable interconnection between the rear I/O P1 & P2 OpenVPX connectors and the ‘outside world’.

68RTARM4-1 CONNECTOR/PIN-OUT INFORMATION
I/O Connectors
User and defined I/O is available through panel mounted and inboard header connectors via the VPX RP0, RP1 & RP2 user defined rear I/O backplane connectors. The 68RTARM4-1 RTM is intended for use with the 68ARM4 (68RTARM4-1) SOSA™-aligned 3U OpenVPX SBC I/O card with specific pinout references. Please reference additional information and documentation from the respective 68ARM4 board web product page.

Do not connect to any undesignated or n/c pins.

- Maximum ratings for the VPX MultiGig-RT2 type rear I/O connectors are as follows (per TE connectivity 108-2072, Rev F):
• Operating Voltage: 166 volts AC peak or DC
• Current: Signal Wafers: 1.5 ampere at <30°C (Single circuit, free air)- This document provides signal names for reference only and may be referring to the 68ARM4 base product with the “-N” XMC module or are specific to the 68RTARM4.

After installing and securing withing a VPX chassis, connect the panel itself, rear VPX connector key guides, and the panel receptacle shell to the chassis.
